Job Description: <\/strong>We\u00a0are looking for a skilled and proactive Software Developer & IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining business applications, providing IT technical support, and improving overall system efficiency. This role includes software development using technologies such as Odoo and Python, along with broader IT responsibilities including system support, troubleshooting, integrations, and infrastructure assistance.

Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>

  • Design, develop, customize, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements<\/li>
  • Develop and support ERP solutions, especially using Odoo and Python<\/li>
  • Create and maintain custom modules, reports, workflows, and integrations in Odoo<\/li>
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and systems<\/li>
  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, network, and user-related IT issues<\/li>
  • Support website, email, hosting, and cloud-based services when needed<\/li>
  • Write high-quality code in Python and related technologies to support business operations.<\/li>
  • Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to business systems and IT operations<\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field<\/li>
    • Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and systems analysis<\/li>
    • Proficiency in web development and Python programming<\/li>
