The role contributes to improving HR operations, maintaining compliance, supporting digital HR initiatives, and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services aligned with company objectives. This position provides hands-on exposure to strategic and operational HR functions while supporting department development and continuous improvement initiatives.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1. HR Operations &amp; Administrative Support<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Support daily HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR activities.<br \/>\u2022 Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.<br \/>\u2022 Process employee requests and support administrative workflows.<br \/>\u2022 Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee updates.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining workforce data.<br \/>\u2022 Support issuance of HR communications and internal circulars.<\/p><p><strong>2. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up.<br \/>\u2022 Support interview documentation and candidate evaluation processes.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.<br \/>\u2022 Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.<br \/>\u2022 Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>3. Training &amp; Employee Development<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Coordinate internal and external training programs.<br \/>\u2022 Maintain training records and employee development documentation.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in preparing annual training plans and monthly progress reports.<br \/>\u2022 Follow up on training effectiveness and employee participation.<br \/>\u2022 Support administration of training agreements and requirements.<\/p><p><strong>4. Performance Management &amp; Employee Engagement<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Support implementation of performance management cycles and KPI follow-up.<br \/>\u2022 Assist managers in collecting evaluation data and employee feedback.<br \/>\u2022 Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition activities.<br \/>\u2022 Support implementation of retention and motivation programs.<\/p><p><strong>5. Employee Relations<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Support handling of employee inquiries and HR cases.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in resolving workplace concerns and escalating when required.<br \/>\u2022 Follow up on employee compliance with company policies.<br \/>\u2022 Support employee communication and awareness initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>6. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure HR records remain accurate and updated.<br \/>\u2022 Support compliance with labor laws and company standards.<br \/>\u2022 Prepare HR letters and support documentation requirements.<\/p><p><strong>7. HR Systems &amp; Digital Support<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Update employee information in Odoo and HR systems.<br \/>\u2022 Support workflow automation and data accuracy.<br \/>\u2022 Coordinate with IT on HR system requirements and improvements.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in preparing HR dashboards and reports.<\/p><p><strong>8.
