Job Description:IX Energy is seeking a proactive and structured HR Supervisor to support the company’s workforce during its start-up and early growth phase. The role will oversee core HR operations, including recruitment, employee administration, compliance with the Oman Labour Law, payroll coordination, and HR policy and process development. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable HR systems while supporting day-to-day people matters in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of HR generalist or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law and HR regulatory requirements
- Experience in start-up or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational capability
